Now hiring: Concession Manager & Assistant Concession Manager
Represent one of the world's iconic lifestyle brands inside Myer Melbourne. We're looking for two experienced retail professionals to join our team:
- Concession Manager – take full ownership of the GANT concession, leading daily operations, setting the standard for service and presentation, and inspiring your team.
- Assistant Concession Manager – support the Manager in shaping success, leading by example on the floor, and stepping up with confidence when required.
Both roles are ideal for people who thrive in premium retail environments, take pride in delivering exceptional service, and enjoy working with a supportive team.
What You'll Do
As Concession Manager, you will:
- Lead the concession with hands-on management and polished execution
- Deliver premium customer service that builds loyalty and elevates the GANT brand.
- Coach, support, and develop your Assistant Manager and casual team.
- Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and stock management.
- Confidently manage rosters, reporting, visual merchandising, and promotional adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with Myer colleagues and neighbouring concessions.
- Report directly to a Cluster Manager, with the guidance and additional support of a State Operations Manager, ensuring you're backed by an experienced leadership team.
As Assistant Concession Manager, you will:
- Partner with your Manager to run day-to-day operations smoothly.
- Lead by example on the floor, providing warm and professional service.
- Step up confidently in the Manager's absence, ensuring continuity.
- Support with merchandising, reporting, rostering, and staff coaching.
- Help onboard and train casual team members to deliver the GANT standard.
- Benefit from the mentorship of both your manager and the broader support team, including a Cluster Manager and State Operations Manager, who provide ongoing guidance.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in premium or high-end retail — apparel, accessories, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong people and service skills, with the ability to create a polished and welcoming environment.
- A hands-on, proactive approach and genuine pride in maintaining high standards.
- Confidence with day-to-day retail operations, including administration, stock flow, and presentation.
- A team-first mindset with professionalism, reliability, and warmth.
