We're currently seeking an experienced Warranty Manager / Administrator to take charge of all OEM warranty claims and administration across our multi-franchise dealership.
You'll play a vital role in maximising claim recovery, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting service advisors and technicians to maintain high standards in documentation and customer service. You'll report to the Group Service Manager and work closely with all departments to keep operations smooth and audit-ready.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage all aspects of OEM warranty claims, submissions, and compliance
- Interpret repair orders, service bulletins, and technical reports
- Train and support service staff on correct warranty procedures and documentation
- Liaise with technicians, advisors, and OEM reps to resolve queries and disputes
- Identify trends, cost recovery opportunities, and reduce rejected claims
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the department is audit-ready
- Keep up to date with multiple brand systems and evolving warranty policies
To be considered for this position, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in warranty administration within a dealership environment
- Solid understanding of OEM warranty processes and compliance requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge or trade background preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management under tight deadlines
- Confidence in liaising with technical staff, managers, and manufacturer reps
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PDF, data entry systems)
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle pressure
- Business-savvy mindset and the drive to deliver accurate, timely claims
