What does the job look like?

We are looking for experienced HC truck drivers to deliver products to stores and distribution centres in Cairns QLD and some regional areas. This opportunity is a casual position on day shift, starting between 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with potential overtime available on weekdays and some weekends. Key areas:

  • Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
  • Complying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervised
  • Able to assist in loading and unloading when required
  • Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day-to-day basis
