About Us:

Webco Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps HVAC and trade businesses dominate their local markets. We're a small, tight-knit team with operations in both Australia and Sri Lanka lean, efficient, and ambitious.

We're now looking for a Melbourne-based salesperson who's hungry to make money, grow fast, and play a big part in scaling the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage inbound leads and build your own pipeline of opportunities.
  • Talk directly with Aussie business owners. especially in HVAC and trades.
  • Sell high-value digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Track leads, proposals, and deals using our CRM (training provided).
  • Report directly to the Founder. no layers, no fluff, just results.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or agency sales.
  • Solid understanding of how online marketing helps small businesses grow.
  • Confidence to handle calls and meetings with tradies and small business owners.
  • A self-starter mindset — you don't wait for leads, you chase them.
  • Ambition. You care about winning, learning, and earning.
