A rare opportunity to help lead one of Western Australia's largest technology transformations. We're seeking a Service Delivery Transition Manager to design and operationalise service management processes that will be transitioned and adopted by a global managed service partner.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for shaping the frameworks, documentation, and operational mechanisms that move an organisation from project mode to steady-state service delivery.

Working across internal teams and a major vendor, you'll build ITIL-aligned processes, service catalogues, runbooks, reporting tools, and governance models that ensure a seamless handover and sustainable operations post-go-live.

You'll establish the mechanisms for SLA monitoring, incident management, and performance reporting, ensuring both sides are ready for a smooth transition into business-as-usual service delivery.

About You

You're a transition or service delivery specialist who thrives on structure, clarity, and collaboration. You have hands-on experience building internal service processes that are later handed over and embedded with an MSP or vendor. You're curious, pragmatic, and confident managing relationships in complex technical environments.

You'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading service transition from internal build to vendor adoption
  • Knowledge of ITIL, incident, and change management practices
  • Proven ability to develop detailed documentation, runbooks, and governance frameworks
  • Experience managing large-scale or high-risk managed service contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills
