With successful locations across Perth and growing demand, we're on the lookout for a confident, proactive leader to manage our East Fremantle Flagship venue.
About the Role
We're searching for a highly organised, people-focused Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our East Fremantle location. You'll be the kind of person who thrives on bringing structure to busy environments, enjoys finding better ways of doing things, and has a natural ability to coordinate moving parts and people with calm confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and inspire a team of casual and part-time staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
- Manage rostering, staff training, and performance support
- Coordinate minor venue maintenance and supplier relationships
- Support head office with implementation of systems and procedures
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and operational budgets
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to our People and Operations teams
About You
- Experience in venue, hospitality, wellness, or retail management (or similar)
- A love of people, conversation and community
- Confident juggling competing priorities and keeping things running smoothly
- Excellent communicator and natural problem solver
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Comfortable using digital platforms for scheduling, reporting, and communications
- Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions-focused
Bonus Points If You Have
- A soft spot for cold dips and warm saunas
- Previous experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Basic understanding of the Fitness Industry Award (training provided)
