We're seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our Front of House team as Venue Operations Manager.

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing warm, professional, and attentive service.
  • Mentor and train FOH staff to uphold high service standards, ensuring seamless and consistent operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align service and eliminate back-of-house versus front-of-house mentality.
  • Assist in rostering, stock management, and day-to-day operational planning to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Craft and manage an evolving wine list in partnership with suppliers and management.

Venue Operations Management

This is an opportunity for a skilled hospitality professional to contribute to the growth of our venue group as new projects evolve and shape the identity from the ground up.

Our ideal candidate is a good communicator with polished presentation skills, enthusiastic about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front of House Leadership: Lead the Front of House team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  2. Training and Mentorship: Train, mentor, and inspire FOH staff to uphold high service standards.
  3. Daily Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience.
  4. Service Alignment: Work closely with senior leadership to align service and eliminate back-of-house versus front-of-house mentality.
  5. Operational Planning: Assist in rostering, stock management, and day-to-day operational planning to drive efficiency and productivity.
  6. Wine List Management: Craft and manage an evolving wine list in partnership with suppliers and management.
