BildGroup is seeking an experienced and visionary
Asphalt Manager
to drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver strategic growth across our Asphalt Division.

This is more than a leadership role — it's a unique opportunity to shape and future-proof a business unit that plays a critical role in Australia's civil infrastructure landscape. You'll be tasked with driving performance, innovation, and profitability — ensuring the business is fit for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.

This role is based at the BituMill Head office in Campbellfield, Victoria.

About the Role

As the
Asphalt Manager
, you will lead a talented operational and project team, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. You'll be accountable for the commercial success and sustainability of the Asphalt Division, with direct responsibility across:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Financial Management & Budgeting
  • Stakeholder & Client Relationships
  • Operational Delivery & Continuous Improvement
  • People Leadership & Culture Development
  • HSEQ Compliance & Risk Mitigation
