BildGroup is seeking an experienced and visionary
Division Manager - Asphalt
to drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and deliver strategic growth across our Asphalt Division in VIC.

About the Role

As the
Division Manager - Asphalt
, you will lead a talented operational and project team, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery. You'll be accountable for the commercial success and sustainability of the Asphalt Division, with direct responsibility across:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Financial Management & Budgeting
  • Stakeholder & Client Relationships
  • Operational Delivery & Continuous Improvement
  • People Leadership & Culture Development
  • HSEQ Compliance & Risk Mitigation
