Elite Roads is an experienced based Road Construction company based in Victoria. We specialise in innovative approaches and the latest technologies to deliver the best quality projects in the safest way possible.

POSITION SUMMARY

Due to our upcoming workload and scheduled programs, we currently have opportunities for experienced asphalt crew members and leading Hands to join our highly experienced surfacing teams.

ABOUT YOU

You will have previous experience in the construction industry with a passion for teamwork and quality results.

In addition, you will have;

  • 4-6 years proven experience within the road pavement industry essential
  • Previous experience operating paver, skid-steer, multi-tyred roller and steel drum roller.
  • Previous experience running levels essential
  • Strong asphalt knowledge and awareness
  • You are a team player that possesses a can-do and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills & time management
  • The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Have your own reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work night shift, overtime and weekends as needed
  • Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug and Alcohol tests
  • Hold a white card and a Be Bitumen Safe ticket
  • Have a current and valid driver's license
