About the role

We have an opportunity for a Director - Service Delivery to be part of our Firearms Registry team. The Director - Service Delivery provides oversight, governance, leadership and strategic direction in the management of the Firearms Registry's service delivery. This includes the delivery of services in accordance with relevant legislation, service levels and performance agreements. The position is also responsible for identifying, developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance systems and processes and promote best practice by the Registry with respect to customer service and licensing processes.
