We are a well-established law firm specialising in personal injury law seeking a motivated Junior Legal Secretary to join our firm on a full-time basis.

Our office is located in Sydney CBD - a 5 minute walk from Wynyard and Circular Quay Stations.

Prior experience is not essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Typically your duties will include but are not limited to:-

· Liaising with clients, doctors, insurers, solicitors, barristers

· Diary management

· Arranging appointments

· Compiling correspondence

· Dictaphone typing

· Assist with preparing matters for Court attendances and Hearings

· General secretarial duties

· Typing letters and forms

· Photocopying, faxing, filing and mail

· Basic matter related tasks and account inquiries

To secure this role you will have the following qualities:-

· Sound communication skills both written and verbal

· Attention to detail

· Enthusiasm and confidence

· The ability to undertake a variety of tasks

· A good typing ability
