About Balanced Synergy Physiotherapy Centre

Established in 1984, BSPC is a community-focused multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage, and clinical Pilates. With a loyal and regular client base, we pride ourselves on providing professional, friendly, and patient-centred care.

We're looking for an organised and personable Practice Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the clinic and support our team of practitioners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and streamline the administrative and operational flow of the clinic
  • Manage reception duties, including patient enquiries, scheduling, and payments
  • Handle staff scheduling and practitioner rosters
  • Liaise with TAC, WorkCover, and private health funds for payments and approvals
  • Process Medicare and HICAPS claims accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Cliniko
  • Support practitioners across all disciplines, including clinical Pilates scheduling
  • Assist with clinic reporting, stock management, and general administration

About You
  • 1–2 years' experience in medical administration or practice management (allied health experience preferred)
  • Experience with Cliniko or similar practice management software (advantageous but not essential)
  • Knowledge of Medicare, HICAPS, TAC, WorkCover, and private health fund billing
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, including staff scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-starter with initiative and a commitment to high-quality service
  • Must have Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa)
