About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Registered Nurse to join our vibrant team.

In this key role, you will report directly to the Practice Manager and oversee the daily operations of our treatment room and clinical services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both patients and Doctors.

You will collaborate with the General Practitioners at the practice, with the practice expected to grow further in 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leadership: Mentor and support the nursing team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.

· Patient Interaction: Manage patient care, providing high standards of customer service and resolving issues with a patient-centred and compassionate approach.

Including:

·       Patient triage

·       Immunisations and other injections

·       ECG's, Spirometry and ear syringing

·       Supporting GP's during minor surgery

·       Care plans, health assessments and support and educate patients with chronic illnesses

· Continuous Improvement: Implement operational improvements and champion positive changes within the practice.

· Service Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of patient care and customer service are of a high standard.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

· Proven experience in a busy, complex GP environment.

· Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to balance the needs of patients, GPs, and team members.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· A commitment to delivering high-quality primary care.

· Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

· Current CPR certificate
