What your day will look like….
You'll deliver expert physiotherapy care to clients in the Transition Care Program, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and independence. Your day will involve complex clinical decision-making, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. Every interaction is an opportunity to lead with compassion, share knowledge, and make a lasting impact on patient outcomes.
