MS Queensland is seeking a compassionate, self-driven Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team in Toowoomba. In this part-time role (30.4 hours/week across Monday to Thursday), you'll work independently with clients living with MS and other neurological conditions, supported by weekly guidance, team debriefs, and a full orientation at our Milton Neuro Wellness Hub.
You'll deliver evidence-based, person-centred care to NDIS-funded clients, manage your own caseload, and contribute to a growing, values-driven team.
If you're confident in clinical reporting, passionate about meaningful care, and ready to work autonomously while staying connected, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Impact
- Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to clients with MS and other neurological conditions, helping improve their function, independence, and quality of life.
- Work autonomously with clinical confidence, managing your own caseload and exercising sound judgment in day-to-day decisions.
- Provide tailored advice, referrals, and consultations aligned with MS Queensland's Allied Health Model of Service.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback on service access, training needs, and team development with the Allied Health Clinical Leader.
- Contribute to education and learning, through in-services, mentoring, or supervision of students, while pursuing your own professional development.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records using our digital systems to ensure seamless care and compliance.
- Adapt to evolving service needs, staying flexible and responsive as part of a values-driven, client-focused team.
Your Standout Qualities and Experience
- Qualified & Registered You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and are registered with AHPRA, with eligibility for APA membership and insurance.
- Experienced & Insightful You bring clinical experience, or a strong interest in working with people living with progressive neurological conditions, and you're eager to deepen your understanding.
- Person-Centred & Empathetic You approach care with empathy, respect, and a commitment to improving the lives of people living with disability through tailored, meaningful support.
- Self-Reliant & Connected You're confident working independently, especially in isolated settings, and know how to stay grounded, focused, and proactive. You value connection and make the effort to communicate clearly with your wider team, even when you're the sole practitioner on-site.
- Organised & Self-Directed You manage your time well, prioritise effectively, and take initiative to meet clinical goals and contribute to service improvement.
- Committed to Growth You're passionate about ongoing professional development and enjoy sharing knowledge through mentoring, education, or team learning.
- Tech-Savvy & Policy-Aware You're confident using digital systems, understand quality standards, and align with MS Queensland's values, policies, and mission.
To join us, you'll need to complete key compliance checks including NDIS screening, a Blue Card, National police clearance, and NDIS worker training.
