Play a key role in helping new and refurbished health services come to life in the New Toowoomba Hospital. As the Operational Commissioning Lead, you'll guide teams through change and transition, ensuring clinical and support services are ready to deliver safe, person-centred care. This role suits someone who's organised, collaborative and comfortable working across different teams and systems.
What your day will look like….
You'll coordinate commissioning activities, facilitate user group input, and support readiness planning for new facilities. You'll work with clinical and non-clinical teams to align systems, processes and spaces with service needs. Whether updating action plans, identifying risks, or supporting Go Live activities, your work will reflect the values of integrity, innovation and courage that shape Darling Downs Health.
