Our client is a boutique innovation consultancy partnering with some of the world's leading organisations to design, test, and scale bold new ideas. Their work is creative, strategic, and transformative — and now they're looking for a talented Personal Assistant to join their team in Brisbane City.

This role goes far beyond diary management. You'll act as a trusted partner to the leadership team — keeping priorities aligned, projects on track, and operations running seamlessly. You'll gain exposure to executive decision-making, project coordination, and client-facing work — perfect for a proactive PA or EA ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven PA or EA experience supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Tech confidence – proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits
