The position of Personal Assistant with Place Newmarket could be just what you're looking for. This is the perfect opportunity to join a vibrant high performing team and develop your existing skillset. This position will be best suited to those that thrive in a task driven environment and can work to strict timelines. Previous real estate experience is preferable, as well as a positive, can-do attitude.

This position required the candidate to work Tuesday - Saturday.

What will the day-to-day look like?

  • Coordinate and manage the agent's daily appointments, property inspections, open homes, client meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
  • Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
  • Manage and coordinate lead agents social media campaigns;
  • Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendas, email and task management;
  • Generating CMA's & prospecting administration for your Lead Agent;
  • Self-managing day to day tasks;
  • Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience; and
  • Assistance with Open Homes on Saturdays
  • Any ad hoc errands as required.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • 2+ years of prior administration or reception experience within Real Estate;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed;
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Passion and desire to help others succeed;
  • Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible.
