*The Position*

A construction business based in Milton is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and wider technical teams. This hands-on role is central to the smooth running of the business, providing administration support, document control, database management, and coordination across departments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team within a fun and vibrant organisation, offering a supportive culture and regular social and professional development opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Provide day-to-day personal assistant support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage document registers including project registers, proposal tracking, templates, and QA documentation.
  • Liaise between operations, leadership, technical, and corporate support teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Coordinate submission deadlines, document collation, and quality checks.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient management of the business operations.

*Skills & Experience*

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or PA role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with construction, consultancy, or technical project environments highly regarded, yet not essential.
