Currently, We Are Looking For:
Senior HR Officer | Permanent
- Community services organisation
- Work closely with HR Manager
- Operational focus on all aspects of employee life cycle
- $96-$106K super
- 25 hours per week
- Work closely with Group HR Manager
- Day to day HR, recruitment, compliance, admin support
- $70K super pro rata with generous benefits and entitlement
- Manufacturing or processing experience essential
- Front facing role, excellent communication skills
- $80-902K super
- 8 week assignment, asap start
- Certificate IV in WHS&E or proven 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Conduct site Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental (WHS&E) audits and inspections
- Generaly hourly rate of $66.86 super
- Assist with panel interview processes, panel scribing, conduct reference checks and prepare selection reports
- $70 super per hour
To be successful in these roles, you will require:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources and relevant experience in the roles listed above, or a similar role;
- End-to-end recruitment experience;
- Sound knowledge of HR principles polices and techniques;
- Thorough knowledge of Australian human resources laws and regulations;
- Experience managing and supporting senior HR functions;
- Strong operational, including managing employee grievances, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations;
- Exposure to workers compensation claims, non-work-related illness and injury, redeployment and fitness for work activities;
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills;
- Emphasis on professional development, diversity, and flexibility;
- Resilience and a positive attitude;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- High level of attention to detail and be systems savvy;
- The ability to develop meaningful relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
