- Day to day transactional generalist role

***PEOPLE & CULTURE GENERALIST | TEMPORARY CONTRACT | end 2025***
- Provide support with award interpretation, PD development, performance management & return to work duty plans
- HRIS support
- End-to-end recruitment
- Salary $90K+ Super
**RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR | PERMANENT****

- Attractive salary range: $96K–$106K+ Super
Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in these roles, you will bring:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant experience in similar HR roles
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior HR functions and leadership teams
- Solid operational HR capability, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
- Experience managing workers' compensation, non-work-related illness/injury cases, redeployment, and fitness-for-work assessments
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to professional development, with a focus on fostering diversity and workplace flexibility
- A resilient, proactive, and positive approach to challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong systems proficiency
- The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
