Senior Growth Account Manager

The Role

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key e-commerce partners and customers.
  • Develop strategies to support business growth and customer success.
  • Collaborate with partners on plans and track progress through internal coordination.
  • Review performance regularly to ensure outcomes deliver value.
  • Manage contracts and agreements, including renewals and compliance.
  • Work across teams to enable partner success and drive initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market activities and the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and improve processes to enhance efficiency.

About You

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in building and managing key relationships within the Financial Services online booking platform environment
  • Skilled in SaaS with experience driving outcomes and negotiations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business understanding.
  • Effective communicator with solid analytical and numerical ability.
  • Detail-focused problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Financially astute with the ability to support sound business decisions.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all organisational levels.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues at every level of an organisation.
  • Genuinely motivated by creating exceptional outcomes for both customers and teams.
