We're looking for driven and motivated humans who want to be the best.

At Growth Factory, we don't just build websites and marketing campaigns — we build our clients businesses. We work with great people, great brands and we enjoy our jobs. We need a gun media buyer to drive growth across all fronts.

We're after someone who's obsessed with ROI, data, analytics and lives for scaling campaigns. You should be equal parts analytical and creative — someone who is proud of their work and willing to help out in a small team to do whatever is needed.

There will be clients calls, interactions and meetings to attend. You will need to be happy to pick up the phone to chat with clients and push the boundaries with being creative when it comes to ads

We want to hire someone who will help us grow Growth Factory into the next phase. We are moving into office in Melbourne's South East and will be hiring more team members this year.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Launching and optimising Google, Meta, and YouTube campaigns that truly perform

  • Managing Paid Strategies across multiple brands to drive consistent growth

  • Leveraging AI tools for content generation, data analysis, automation, and creative testing

  • Working closely with in-house creatives and contractors

  • Driving results across e-commerce, lead gen, and brick-and-mortar businesses

  • Building and growing client relationships

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record managing $50k monthly ad spends with solid ROI

  • Deep understanding of paid ads, especially META & Google

  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) to enhance performance

  • Highly analytical, creatively wired, and results-driven

  • Comfortable in fast-moving, fluid environments

  • A love for learning, testing, and iterating at pace

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked in an agency before

  • Have experience in SEO & sales funnels

  • Have built or scaled Shopify stores and optimised the whole funnel

  • Know how to design or brief landing pages that convert like mad
