
E-Commerce Client Success Manager

We are one of Australia's fastest-growing paid advertising agencies. Based in Melbourne, we are an exclusively Google and Meta Ads agency for e-commerce brands. Our mission is to scale our clients' businesses through ROAS-focused marketing, taking them to multiple 7-8-9 figures per month.
We are seeking another full-time Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Google, Meta Ads, and e-commerce and be familiar with e-commerce-related metrics and terminology to communicate effectively with clients. The role demands a high standard of work ethic and strong communication among the team and with clients.
We have a friendly team and have fun in our team calls. Everyone is encouraged to have a voice, whether directly related to the accounts. The founder and CEO work closely with the current 18 (growing fast) team members and deeply understand paid ads from spending millions.
Job Description:
We require a full-time Client Success Manager with at least two years of experience in a similar role at a paid advertising agency working with eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate will work alongside our clients and collaborate with our team. The responsibilities involve the following, but are not limited to:

Discuss, initiate conversations, and reply to clients' questions in Slack. Review client complaints and concerns and seek to improve the client experience.

Share continuous updates in Slack channels and send weekly & monthly reports to clients on performance.

Share best-performing creatives weekly from competitors in the niche (Meta Ads).

Monitor each account and notify our Google and Meta Ads Specialists of any missed opportunities per our SOPs.

Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels so that clients and the team are informed of the current situation.
Requirements:

Be able to work 9 AM to 5 PM AEDT / AEST.

2+ years of experience as a CSM at another marketing agency.

Less than 5% churn rate monthly in previous roles.

A deep understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.

A deep understanding of key eCommerce-related metrics.

Fluent in English, mainly written.
