About the position: Our client is seeking a passionate and ambitious Construction & Commercial Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to join their Brisbane office. This is more than just a job — it's a career platform.

You'll be involved in high-stakes construction disputes, major contractual claims, and commercial litigation matters that regularly cross state borders and involve top-tier clients, including contractors, developers, and listed entities.
This position offers a direct learning pipeline to experienced Partners and Senior Associates, with tailored mentoring and consistent feedback. Whether you're honing your litigation skills or preparing for appearances, you'll be supported with real responsibility and clear targets for your development.

You'll also be joining a firm that invests in its talent: from in-house CPD programs to personalised development plans, your journey to becoming a Senior Lawyer starts here.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years PAE in construction or commercial litigation (private practice preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
  • Interest in progressing within construction and commercial law
  • Demonstrated ability to manage files and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team setting
