About the role

We are looking for a supervisor to lead and mentor our team of Service Specialists, Operators and Tool Technicians. As you manage your team you will conduct Field Service quality and HSE compliance inspections and provide improvement recommendations based on your observations. You will also be involved in leading high profile projects and address client concerns.

What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years in similar role with Completion Tools exp
- High Level of Safety attitude and awareness
- Adaptable and flexible mindset within a working environment
- Ability to manage staff

Where you will be working

Based in our large modern workshop in Jandakot, with field work to our WA operations

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
