The Company

We are a North Shore based gardening company offering gardening maintenance services for over 30 years to private and strata clients based primarily in the northern and eastern suburbs.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified horticulturist/experienced gardener to join our team. We are keen to train reliable people who are open to learning more skills.

Responsibilities

  • mowing, trimming, pruning and blowing
  • weeding
  • Applying mulch
  • irrigation management
  • application of herbicides, fertilisers and pesticides
  • planting etc
  • Machinery operation, care, and maintenance
  • High-pressure washing
  • liaise with clients

Requirements:

  • relevant qualification (Horticulture certificate III or similar) - preffered
  • previous gardening experience (minimum 2 years) - essential
  • plant and equipment usage knowledge
  • hard working, reliable and punctual
  • be physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • valid working visa
  • driving licence preffered but not essential
