ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated horticulturist to join our talented team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong plant knowledge, a love of garden development, and a desire to contribute to designed outdoor spaces.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive plant knowledge, including pest/disease management and irrigation systems
  • Hands-on experience in horticulture or garden maintenance
  • Confident and skilled in using gardening tools and equipment
  • Experience mentoring apprentices or junior staff
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Australian residency with full working rights

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high-quality horticultural services to residential gardens
  • Perform daily tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, lawn care, and seasonal maintenance
  • Lead and support apprentices; share knowledge and build team capability
  • Assist in schedule management, prioritise tasks, and communicate expectations
  • Travel to multiple local sites using a company vehicle (minimal travel outside Central Coast)
