**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Gardener or Landscaper to join our growing team in maintaining and improving gardens across the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and the Northern Beaches of Sydney. This company’s crew prides themselves on a great team culture and the quality of work they carry out and produce each day.

The applicant needs to be team focused, have good communication skills, be reliable each day, punctual, and well presented. Essential to have experience in garden maintenance or prior landscaping knowledge.

Garden maintenance and soft landscaping is what we do

**Working in groups, the day to day duties are but not limited to**:

- Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm
- Hedging
- Mowing
- Whipper Snipping
- Garden improvements
- Planting
- Mulching
- Pest & Disease control
- Fertilising and irrigation installations
- Soil cultivation

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Prior experience as a gardener and or landscaper
- A positive, team orientated nature
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Plant and equipment usage experience
- A good understanding of Work Health and Safety procedures
- Driver’s license and own vehicle preferred but not essential
