Employee Relations Advisor - GPC Support Office, Rowville VIC (Melbourne/Hybrid)

With a range of exciting opportunities in our Rowville Support Office, we're currently inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced Employee Relations Advisors.
About the Role:
As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, you will provide timely and accurate advice and support across GPC's Australia and New Zealand businesses. You will handle low-to-medium complexity employee relations matters including probation concerns, absenteeism, policy breaches, performance issues, ER queries, and support PCW lifecycle processes. You will work collaboratively with managers, team members, and People, Culture & Wellbeing stakeholders to foster positive workplace relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
This is a perfect role for someone with relevant experience, looking to strengthen their ER experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage ER matters across multiple business units (Level 1 & 2).
- Provide confidential advice and support with performance and disciplinary issues.
- Assist in identifying ER trends and supporting broader PCW initiatives.
- Support Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) practices and proactive psychosocial risk management.
- Delivering high-quality, consistent, and practical ER advice aligned with Fair Work Act/Legislation.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and the Fair Work Act/NES.
- Ability to build trust, influence, and negotiate positive outcomes across diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- HR or related tertiary qualification is a plus but not essential.
