The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.

Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme's menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini – showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We are looking for a casual Kitchen Hand to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties include: dishwashing, removing rubbish, cleaning benches.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Midweek, evening and weekend availability required.

We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.

• You have experience in a similar environment

• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude

• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills

• You are capable, reliable and responsible
