**The Role**

**Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.**

**Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thyme’s menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini - showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. The wine list highlights the Peninsula’s many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.**

**We are looking for a casual Kitchen Hand to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties include: dishwashing, removing rubbish, cleaning benches.**

**_We will _**provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Midweek, evening and weekend availability required.**

**We offer a competitive hourly rate + superannuation + plus penalty rates.**
