About the Role

Mahob at Moos is a café and restaurant located in Meeniyan, a small town in South Gippsland 2 hours' drive out from Melbourne, Victoria. We are looking for a kitchen hand to join our small close knit and talented team. This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant café restaurant environment and to contribute in the creation of high-quality dishes.

What you'll be doing

· Food preparation

· Stocking

· Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to food and safety regulations

· Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

· Supporting our front of kitchen team where needed

What we are looking for

· Can do attitude and an eye for detail.

· Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards

· A team player that can work collaboratively as well as independently when needed
