Sacca's Fine Foods is seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Hand to join our dedicated Pastry Production team at our Broadmeadows facility. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established food production environment focused on quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • Operate and clean the dishwasher, ensuring it is kept in excellent working condition
  • Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assist with basic food preparation as required
  • Support the team with general kitchen duties and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

  • Weekend availability is essential
  • Daytime shifts only
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment is preferred but not essential
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
