Customer Service - leading growing fintech

Your new role
- Answering escalated customer queries, solve problems and close requests.
- Follow up non-transacting customers, answer concerns and get customers transacting as soon as possible
- Manage any settlement issues, follow up queries and resolve queries in an efficient and timely fashion
- Manage all Change of Ownership requests.
- Help customers understand the products/solutions available
- Manage change of bank accounts, addresses, and other service requests and changes
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous call centre experience (preferably within financial services)
- Exceptional communication skills and an engaging phone manner
- Be action-oriented, drive for results and success
- Lead with authenticity, energy and show resilience.
