Customer Service - leading growing fintech

Grow your Career within a Leading Fintech proud to be disruptors in the industry, based in the CBD looking for a customer service specialist to join the team

Your new role

  • Answering escalated customer queries, solve problems and close requests.
  • Follow up non-transacting customers, answer concerns and get customers transacting as soon as possible
  • Manage any settlement issues, follow up queries and resolve queries in an efficient and timely fashion
  • Manage all Change of Ownership requests.
  • Help customers understand the products/solutions available
  • Manage change of bank accounts, addresses, and other service requests and changes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous call centre experience (preferably within financial services)
  • Exceptional communication skills and an engaging phone manner
  • Be action-oriented, drive for results and success
  • Lead with authenticity, energy and show resilience.
