As energy prices rise and demand for clean technology grows, we're expanding our team. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our Box Hill office in a full-time role. Reporting to the Product Support Team Lead, you'll be the engine room of our operations — coordinating schedules, managing customer documentation, and keeping everything running seamlessly as we launch exciting new products in 2025–26.

Key Responsibilities

Your day will be dynamic, varied, and full of purpose:

  • Coordinate daily operations, including job scheduling and workflow tracking
  • Schedule installations and service appointments, liaising with customers and technicians
  • Provide administrative support across departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Qualify and verify customer details, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain up-to-date records and data in internal systems
  • Work with team members to optimise processes and improve customer experience
  • Contribute to the efficient delivery of projects across Australia
