We're looking for a full-time Videographer to join our growing team in Richmond. This is a hands on filming role. You'll travel between our Richmond office and client job sites across Melbourne, capturing high quality video content and guiding clients on camera to help them share their key messages with confidence.

What you'll be doing

  • Travelling to client job sites across Melbourne to film dynamic, authentic footage of tradespeople at work.
  • Directing and guiding clients on camera to ensure their stories and key messages come across naturally.
  • Operating professional cameras, handheld gimbals, and drones to capture smooth, high-quality shots.
  • Working closely with our editors to ensure the right footage is captured for post-production.
  • Spending office days at our Richmond HQ to plan shoots, prep gear, and collaborate with the team.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years' proven experience as a professional videographer, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling and technical skills.
  • Solid camera operation skills and experience using handheld gimbals for stabilised shooting.
  • Confidence directing and guiding clients on camera to help them share key messages naturally.
  • Ability to work independently on-site while collaborating closely with editors to capture content to brief.
  • A valid driver's licence and your own car (essential for travel between the Richmond office and job sites).
  • White Card (construction induction card) or willingness to obtain one.
