Junior Video Editor
who wants to grow with us.

We're not a "churn and burn" agency. We're a
tight team of makers
who live for creativity and execution. You'll work one-on-one with one of the best creators in the country, learning the craft in a way you won't get at a big, faceless agency. You'll start with social content and branded edits but this isn't just an editing seat. As the role scales, you'll join us on shoots (studio and location), pick up camera work, and eventually step into second shooter responsibilities.

We also
travel,
interstate and overseas and when we go, you may come and assist with b-roll footage. This is a role designed to start small and grow big, the same way we've built the agency itself.

What You'll Do

• Edit, sequence, and colour grade content in
  DaVinci Resolve
• Handle fast, bulk social turnarounds with precision
• Support larger branded video projects
• Join on shoots, learning studio + on-location setups
• Progress into camera operation and second shooter duties

What You Bring

• Solid skills in
  DaVinci Resolve
  (editing + colour)
• An eye for story and pace not just cuts
• Confidence in
  camera operation
  (any system)
• Bonus if you dabble in: Adobe Suite, Notion, audio, storyboarding, creative ideation, or brief writing
