About The Role

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Worker to support the day-to-day operations of our Bayswater warehouse. This is a part-time role of approximately 20–25 hours per week, and we're flexible with how those hours are spread across the week.  It's ideal for someone who can work independently for most of the day while still collaborating effectively with the Warehouse Team Lead and broader Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and dispatch all orders within KPI timeframes while meeting Daywalk safety and packaging standards.
  • Book freight and prepare outbound documentation with transport providers as required.
  • Assist with unloading containers and truck deliveries, including quality and quantity checks and accurate receipting into our ERP.
  • Assemble products and prepare items for orders in line with product aesthetics and quality expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in accordance with WHS requirements.

About You

You're someone who takes pride in doing things properly, staying organised and keeping operations moving smoothly. You enjoy hands-on work, can manage your own time well, and feel confident working independently for most of the day. You bring a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a customer service approach.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or dispatch environment with a current forklift license.
  • Confidence picking, packing and preparing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience using an ERP or warehouse system (Netsuite experience highly regarded).
  • Competence in receiving stock, completing quantity/quality checks and entering data correctly.
  • A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS responsibilities in a warehouse setting.
  • A reliable, proactive and positive approach to teamwork and communication.
  • Physical capability to undertake manual handling tasks safely.
