We are seeking a driven and autonomous Digital Marketing Specialist for a newly created role in our growing Marketing team at Axis. You will be responsible for leading, co-ordinating and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels primarily in the B2B space. This is an amazing opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive conversions and brand growth for an organisation that makes a meaningful impact to employees and employers across Australia
In this role you will:
- Plan, develop and execute high-impact digital campaigns across various platforms to drive conversions and brand growth
- Drive digital marketing success through SEO and SEM strategies that encourage increased visitation to Axis' website and positive user experience
- Implement best practices in search engine optimisation and manage digital advertising initiatives
- Optimising marketing budgets through the utilisation of data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, ensuring cost-effective execution of digital initiatives.
- Create, publish and manage high-quality content tailored for diverse digital channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Evaluate analytics to ensure ROI goals are met for every campaign. Identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to Axis brand and messaging across all touchpoints
- Espouse the Axis Values of Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and Dedicated
You will bring the following:
- 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role, particularly working with or for B2B/B2C organisations (agency experience will be highly regarded)
- Extensive background of planning and executing high-performing digital campaigns backed by data and technical expertise.
- Experience and proficiency with a variety of marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and social management tools.
- Ability to create compelling digital campaign content
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
- Full Australian working rights
