What you'll be doingLead the planning and delivery of innovative, successful, and cost-effective digital marketing activities to ensure the lottery division meets its KPIs.Build and nurture respectful working relationships within the Lotteries team and stakeholders across the wider Mater Foundation business.Draft and prepare agency briefs, project timelines, and budgets.Work closely with the wider Lotteries team to ensure all supporter-facing communications adhere to brand guidelines.Manage both paid and non-paid digital channels to meet the digital team's KPIs.Responsible for Google AdWords planning and management.Responsible for Meta marketing planning and management.Assist with administration (budget) and reporting.Contribute to the development of the organic social media and community-building strategy.Help oversee the creation and implementation of organic campaigns.Support the evidence-based identification and prioritisation of improvements for ongoing channel enhancements.Test different value propositions to identify core motivations for purchase.Create executive summaries of key reports for the Head of Digital – Lotteries.About youYou will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media, or a related discipline and at least 3+ years of relevant work experience in a digital marketing team.Understanding of best practice Digital Marketing techniques.Demonstrated campaign and project management skills.Proven analytics capability and ability to use data to inform decision-making.Minimum 3 years of agency and relationship management experience.Experience in quality control processes and proofing marketing collateral.Thorough understanding of digital growth and acquisition marketing.Previous exposure to website content administration.Experience in content production with the ability to develop creative content tailored to the channel and audience.Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.Mater is Queensland's largest and most innovative not-for-profit healthcare service, providing care for almost 700,000 patients a year across a network of 11 hospitals.Mater is committed to the wellbeing of their staff, underpinned by flexible and remote working policies.Please Note: We will not require any support from Recruitment Agencies at this time and kindly request no contact is made.
