THE ROLE

Let's be straight: this is a fast-paced, phone-driven sales role — and it's tough. But if you've got the resilience and the hunger, the rewards are huge.

You'll be running a full 360 recruitment desk, driving both new business and candidate relationships. The start is all about cold calling and desk building, but as you crush it, you'll grow your desk into account management. Expect to spend most of your day on the phone — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals that genuinely change people's lives.

We'll back you with expert training and direct support from senior recruiters who know this game inside out. If you've done solution sales over the phone before, you'll get why this is a huge step up.

EARNING POTENTIAL

Base salary + uncapped monthly commission (with accelerators).

  • Year 1 realistic earnings: $120K
  • Year 2–3: $150K–$200K+
  • Long-term: sky's the limit if you're hungry enough

We pay monthly — not quarterly or annually — because if you've billed it, you should get paid.
