Experienced Recruitment Consultant — Sydney (Hybrid, Flexible Hours)

Role Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced recruitment professional based in Sydney. The role is fast paced and sales driven and your success relies on your ability to engage, build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, partnering with them to provide business talent solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development and client strategy to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and engagement.
  • Consulting with clients to understand and refine hiring strategies that support their growth and culture.
  • Managing the candidate journey: manage expectations, provide market insight, and deliver outstanding communication at every touchpoint.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator in their success.
Required Experience
  • Strong client and candidate focus acting with integrity
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, and build credibility.
  • Ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented, energised by targets and sales‑focused environments.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach, complemented by strategic and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proven experience in a white collar recruitment consultancy is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in procurement a bonus
