We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is fundamental in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our hotel guests

The successful candidate will:

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, handling enquiries, and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes.

· Be a point of contact for all guest needs

· Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs

· Accurately maintain detailed guest reservations and preferences

· Maintain a high level of liaison between front office and all other departments within the hotel.

· Assisting with concierge when required

Ideally you will have:

· 1-2 years of Front Office experience within a 4–5-star environment

· Experience with Opera or similar PMS system

· Excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and written

· A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail

· A customer service focus

· Well presented, with an outgoing personality

· Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
