Administration Support Officer

JT Building is seeking an experienced & motivated administration assistant to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Director & accounts manager, whilst also covering reception responsibilities.
We are looking for a candidate with administrative capabilities, good communication skills and the ability to be self-motivated in a small office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director & Accounts manager
- Assist with reception duties, including phone and client enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing systems
- Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and documentation
Skills and Attributes
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction or building industry
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Problem-solving ability and initiative to resolve issues effectively
- Capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the building industry (no compulsory)
