As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for their entire visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling phone enquiries, and keeping the reception area welcoming and well-organised. Strong computer skills are essential to efficiently manage our booking and record-keeping systems.
