We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Gympie team, in a casual role 5-10 hours per week as well as cover shifts to support the team.

Our
**Receptionist** role is to support the day to day running of our practices. You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure every patient receives excellent customer service

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Demonstrates the highest level of patient care & service skills
- Is an enthusiastic team player
- Shows attention to detail
- Enjoys a range of office and administration responsibilities including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling bookings, processing payments, updating data, and general cleaning
- Loves working as part of a dynamic team
- **Flexibility to be rostered to work shifts anytime Monday through to Friday**:

- **Ability to work additional hours to cover staff leave.**:

- Has experience with Hi-caps and/or medical software (Gensolve preferred)
