Are you passionate about dental care and eager to start your career in the field? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dental Assistant. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work alongside experienced dental professionals in a supportive environment.

**Position: Part-Time Dental Assistant**

**Location: Comfort Dental Gympie, QLD**

**Hours: Part-time, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:50 am - 5:45 pm**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts as needed
- Perform chairside assisting duties efficiently and with precision
- Occasionally provide support with receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones and taking payments

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dental setting is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence
- Flexibility to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the dental field
