The Workforce Central Support Officer is accountable to the Workforce Central Administrator for the provision of an effective first level advisory and support service to Workforce Central (WFC) users as part of an efficient, accurate and timely payroll service to all departmental employees.
The Workforce Central Support Officer contributes to the monitoring and maintenance of WFC through identification of system, and user issues as well as process improvements.
The Workforce Central Support Officer is to be required to undertake assignments in other functions within the branch in order to maintain and improve the breadth of skills required to provide the branch's customers with quality and timely service.
Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Salary
ASO3 - $67,589 - $72,033 per annum.
